Cancellation Policy
If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately by emailing yeehandjason@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, if your order has already been processed, we are unable to make any changes.
Lifetime Warranty Policy
We are so confident in the quality and workmanship of our products. All Sharpblade knives purchased from this website are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
You are eligible for a free repair, replacement, or store credit if:
(a) your product has a defect in material or workmanship;
(b) your product fails to function under normal conditions;
(c) you received an incorrect or defective item.
This warranty applies only to products purchased from this website and does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, or improper maintenance;
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, blade dullness, or discoloration;
Products that have been altered, resold, or purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Warranty Claim Steps
Step 1: Please contact our Customer Service team by emailing yeehandjason@gmail.com. Please provide your full name, email address, order number, and a brief description of the issue (including photos if possible).
Step 2: Our customer service team will respond within 3 business days. If your warranty claim is approved, we will provide you with a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Step 3: Please securely repackage your product, attach the provided RMA form to the packaging, and mail it back to our return address. Products must be returned with the RMA number and in appropriate packaging.
Step 4: Please send us the tracking number of your return package. Returns without a tracking number may be refused. Please use registered mail or other trackable mail.
Step 5 – Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will repair, replace, or refund it within 14 days. Please note:
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product is defective.
There are no restocking or handling fees for approved warranty claims.
Important Note:
This lifetime warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Sharpblade.
We reserve the right to replace discontinued products with comparable models.
