Shipping policy
If your Sharpblade order is damaged in transit, we will be happy to provide a free replacement. Please contact our Customer Service team using the Contact Us form.
Please note that you must provide us with the following information:
1. Photos of the damaged item.
2. Photos of the damaged packaging.
Damaged items must be returned to the return address provided by our Customer Service team for inspection.
Please note that failure to clear customs, refused or uncollected orders, or providing an incorrect address may result in the package being returned or processed. In such cases, a 15% restocking fee will be charged according to our standard return policy. In addition, a $10 return shipping fee per item will be deducted from the total refund.
